Salon Policies

We are committed to providing our clients with outstanding service and ensuring you leave radiating beauty. That being said, please take a moment to review our policies.

By scheduling any appointments with us you are agreeing to the following policies.

  • Please keep in mind arriving late may require the salon to shorten the length of your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other guests, however, a full charge will still apply. Not all appointments will be able to be offered at a shorter duration and in this event you will be partially charged for the missed appointment and will need to reschedule for an alternate time.

  • J Gold Salon enforces a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and requires a card on file for all clients. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time carry a 50% charge of the services scheduled. Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled. We understand emergencies happen and discretion is always considered on a case by case basis. Any charges stated above will be made to the card on file and the cancellation fee does not apply toward any future appointments. When canceling we encourage clients to call to avoid any technical mishaps.

  • We proudly sell Kevin Murphy, Olaplex, Pureology, ColorWow & Bio Ionic styling tools. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, promptly return products for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Products that are more than 25% used will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Styling tools purchased at the salon are under manufacturers warranty and cannot be returned to J Gold Salon. Gift certificates are nonrefundable.

  • In the event that something is not perfect we will gladly offer you a retouch appointment. Retouch appointments are scheduled exactly like regular appointments and offered at no charge. You must contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment and your retouch appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment. Your appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Our stylists are committed to your service and cannot get time or product back for services rendered, therefore, no refunds are given for services.
